I recently built my mothers house from the ground up. As the GC I dealt with everyone from trash clean up to all the trades and everything I’m between. The electrician did not keep his schedule, the plumber took off with my money, but STAY COOL was the only one who kept 100% of their word. They were actually waiting on me. I would recommend them to anyone. I am building my house in Lytle Tx and I will 100% have them as my choice for the ac. Keep up the good work

TLDR: Tech was great, but office did not schedule the services I had asked for. When asked to remedy, a manager offered to refund in exchange for taking down a negative review. President of the company handled the issue shortly after and I would, actually, recommend them despite these issues.

I called Stay-Cool out to do a thorough inspection of my HVAC and to advise and perform any repairs that were needed. The tech, Geoffrey was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended that I replace my roughly 10 year old system with a brand new $14k heat-pump based system and was knowledgeable about the questions I had. A month later, I had a home energy assessor note several locations where the ducts were not properly sealed and noted this as the most inefficient find in my home. I called Stay-Cool back because I was very confused as to why this issue wasn't mentioned and Geoffrey, the original tech, came out and apologized for not noticing this the first time. I then spoke to Erika, a manager, who informed me that inspecting the ducts was an additional service that they did not provide, despite my original request including that When I asked her to adjust the price since I had been paying for this inefficiency for a month and a half since their tech first came out, she offered less than 10% of the bill off. I did not accept and called another company. This company noted and remedied the duct sealing issue in addition to a dirty condenser coil. I called Stay-Cool again to ask why this issue had not been noted and was informed, again, that this was an additional service they had not provided. When I asked for a refund on the basis that these services did not meet the needs of what I had asked for, Erika informed me they would provide a refund in exchange for removing a previous, more negative, review I had left. I advised her that I believed asking for this violated federal law and she put me in touch with Jessica, their president. Jessica immediately handled the issue and apologized for the previous miscommunications. She also offered me to call her personally should I have any future HVAC needs and I may take her up on that offer, despite the negative experience I had had thus far.

I honestly can’t describe how much this man did for me and my family. They were featuring a DAIKIN system that is far superior than other products I was looking—- in terms of efficiency and quietness. I never thought I could afford a Daikin. Once they came out for a quote I was immediately sold on the product for quality, value, cost and the professionalism of TONY. KEEP IT UP.
