Stay-Cool deserves way more than 5 stars! Excellent customer service from calling in repairs to service at home. We used them a little over 2 years ago to install a brand new AC unit at the house & their service then was excellent! Had a repair that needed to be fixed. Called them on a Friday morning expecting to have a service call the following week, but they had their service men over at my house the same day I called in! Top Notch Service!
They found the issue, repaired it quickly & took their time to explain what the issue was & what we could do to prevent future issues. Highly recommend Stay-Cool. They have a forever customer!

Explained everything very well and got the condensate pump installed and it is working well. Showed up and had to ask us for a ladder, then asked if we had a pipe cutter which of course we didn't. I'm disabled and tough for me to go outside and look at things and wife in meeting when he was done. When we did go outside to look at things the hole he put up high for the copper hose to come out of house their is no caulking around it so a big hole for things to go in to attic.

Where the unit is looked at it didn't inspect wires didn't even notice the halo UV light was out didn't check cooling levels or pressure everything the package said they would do they probably did about half maybe it took them about 10 minutes and they were gone.

Every time I’ve neede a repair they are always available within a couple of hours no waiting till next day
