Wally & Mike arrived on time. Extremely professional.
Went way above our expectations!! Not only serviced our HVAC unit in the attic- but asked to check the outdoor Daikin unit. They felt the coils needed cleaning & cleaned the coils. Cannot think of a better HVAC company in San Antonio than Stay Coop! Terry

This is the first time I used this company, and I am sold on them! I contacted them somewhere around 6:45PM because my exterior unit died and it is hotter than hot today. By 8:30PM the same day, I had a tech at my door ready to diagnose and repair my issue. I have never had a service call answered after 5pm, and never had same day service either. That in itself was a 5-star! They troubleshooted and repaired the AC, and now I am back up and running and cool again. Stay Cool Air Conditioning and Heating, you are amazing!

On this day, February 28, 2023; Jeffrey came in to maintenance my A/C unit on the roof top. he said all was well and checked freon, et al. He is the most polite, respectful and professional person.

Same day service and fixed my issue. John and Mario were both great. My unit is old and will need to be replaced in the future and while it was mentioned they can do that there wasn’t a high pressure sales pitch as they were there to fix my condensation pump issue most importantly. Will use them again.

I woke up to broken AC and Stay Cool was able to get someone out same day they were even ablw to get to me an hour early. Waldy was great! He took the time to explain all of the issues, discussed my options and gave me a reasonable quote. Overall fantastic service! Thank you!

You will never find a better AC & heating company! They have the best prices and they are reliable, fast, accurate, honest and dependable.
