Condenser and Fan gave out. No cold air was circulating in our home. Called Goettl roughly around 1:30am, Saturday, and had technician out servicing AC Sunday afternoon.

Jeremy, our technician, was very professional, when communicating to us exactly what was going on with our system, was precise on diagnosis and did a great job getting out AC up and running!

Had a clogged kitchen sink the day before a holiday, called Goettl and received awesome service from Tyler. The pit viper glasses definitely made the experience better too! If you have any plumbing issues, I could not recommend this company enough.

Miguel was so great and explained everything to us. Our a/c wasn’t cooling anymore and needed a new capacitor. He got in taken care of quickly and we can now enjoy the rest of summer.

This is this 1st time I've used Goettl's services. I had a backup in my home pipes causing my mom & I to not be able to flush our toilets. The lady I talked to was very understanding and helpful. She was able to schedule someone to come out in the evening. Tyler arrived and patiently listened to all the occurrences that led up to me needing a plumber. Tyler told me in detail what steps he would be taking to try to fix the issue, plus gave me the best & worst case outcomes that he may run into. I definitely appreciated Tyler's transparency to help me be prepared for a possible worst case scenario. Tyler did the job thoroughly and found the blockage causing the back up issue. After the job was done, Tyler showed me some of the video footage he had taken of my pipes and pointed out some areas that could possibly turn into major issues down the road. Tyler was professional, helpful, had a smile when talking with me, thorough, and definitely knows his job. I will use Goettl again & recommend them to others.

I was having trouble with my gas fireplace and they came out charged about $800 and the problem wasn’t fixed. The fireplace kept turning off like it did before. They did come back twice and checked the fireplace and said everything was fine. I called back today and they said we no longer work on fireplaces. I said oh so there is nothing you can help me with? They said no I said oh ok thank you…..the guy replied your are welcome. Ridiculous customer service

I hired this company to take a look at a leak and give me an estimate. Plumber was pleasant and friendly and provided reasonable estimate. However I was told beforehand that there would be a $89 fee to come out and that he would consult before doing anything that would cost extra. When he finished he said we owed $260 because he had performed a water pressure test, even though we never asked for it and it was not necessary for the problem we had called about. Disappointed in the lack of communication and waste of money.

Our technician, Jesus Gloria, was awesome and walked us through our whole A/C system to make sure we understood all the parts and how it worked. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and actually solved the root cause of the issue instead of just replacing parts that would inevitably break again. He even showed us pictures of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what everything was and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Goettl, worth every penny.

I have Sadie guard dog plan with Goettl. The ac for my bedrooms stopped cooling. They said that the soonest they could be there was 7 pm. I said okay. Then about a hour later they called back and said that they were sending a technician out and would arrive in about 30 minutes. Alice G showed up and assessed the situation and with in 20 minutes found the problem. He said that it was the condenser. He had it replaced with in 20 minutes and the unit up and running. I had him check the other unit. A the condenser was week so I said go on and replace it as well. That way I saved a second trip. He was very knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was doing. Even took the time to check the freon levels to make sure that everything is up to par on both units, so yes I would Welcome him back anytime. Great job and service!

This is the best AC company I could have called. Joe and Raymond worked so hard to make sure that all of our AC components were perfectly installed. In addition to that, every aspect of working with this company was professional, friendly, and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mr. Jorge Gutierrez was very helpful and informative about what the problem was with our a/c and what would benefit us the most. His customer service skills are amazing and sincere.
