Carlos Zapien was honestly the most professional and thorough tech we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Jesus Gloria was extremely knowledgeable. Respectful, took a few minutes to actually get to know us a little bit but stayed professional throughout the entire service.. When he found something, Jesus would walk us through what was wrong and show us photos so in the future we are educated. If you call them request Jesus!

For the business itself…. Terrible. Jesus came on Tuesday (6/27) fixed what seemed to be the problem… he came back out on Thursday (6/29) and found the actual issue that wasn’t as apparent (not a big deal, it happens)…. They were supposed to come Friday (6/30) between 9a-11a which was perfect because my wife was home before she had to go into work… without calling us and telling us they were running a little behind like they did the first time my wife called and had to find out that they won’t be coming between 11a-2p (again, the fact that they were running late wasn’t the issue it was the lack of communication)… my wife is in the military and is an instructor for basic training so she HAS to be at work during her shift…. Nobody came and when my wife called AGAIN they wanted to come out at 3:30p…. I was at work (I work in nursing) and can’t just stop what I’m doing and she couldn’t stay home any longer…. So they were supposed to come today (7/1) between 9a-11a and still nobody showed up and no communication as to what’s going on….. we are still waiting…

Jesus was fantastic but overall I will not call them back to my house or recommend them after this.

Ralph did a great job. Good friendly service overall. A quick response by the company (same day service). Prompt and on time. Prices are on the higher side but it was a good repair in the end.

Jeremy Ortega serviced my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He figured out how to get my unit to start and got the house cooled down! I wouldn’t hesitate to have him service my unit again.

Matthew was the absolute best tech today. He walked me through all the readings and what they meant for our ac & furnace and he made great recommendations. He knew his way around our old system. Honest, professional, and quality service at a good price. Thank you!

Had a new AC unit installed a couple months back, but noticed in the last couple weeks, it not working quite as well as it should. (Yes, I know it’s been 100+ but still) Called Goettl and William and Micheal came out and fixed things up in a jiffy! We have nothing but good to say about this company, they are super friendly, professional and informative. Thanks guys!

Ricardo was a great help! Explained everything to me for my husband to review. Gave us all the numbers and details for our files and decisions. Did a system check up and cleaning.

Last experience was great also! They removed 2 baby toy cars from the tub drain and it was covered under our contract program we have with them! Praise God for these honest and helpful Goettl associates Thank you team

We were very pleased with Miguel. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it without much difficulty. (After another company had 4 different technicians incorrectly diagnose the problem and costing us $4K to replace the coil -- which was not the problem). We'll definitely use Goettl for all our AC and plumbing issues and happily refer them to our friends. Miguel was personable, professional and answered all my many questions as well as teaching me how to keep our AC up and running.
