Doug was sent out to us to repair a busted pipe and he was absolutely wonderful! Good, honest man who explained everything and answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He went above and beyond for us, fixed everything right up and got our water back on for us. Thank you Doug! God bless.

Tyler L. did a great job on the plumbing issue last Friday. He cleared the clog and fixed the garbage disposal, which was not working. He also gave a couple of preventative maintenance tips for the garbage disposal. Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. So very grateful for his service.

Deonte came out and did a flood prevention visit and drained the hot water heater. He was absolutely the sweetest! Super polite and seemed to do a thorough job. Really appreciate you Doente and thanks for flexing with my online training!!

Today Adrian and his team installed my water heater. Adrian is very knowledgeable and very professional. In a short 3 hours the water heater was installed and ready for use. Two alarms for leaks was installed and he explained their use. He and his team cleaned up after the installation showing his customer service expertise.

Jonathan was here doing the flood inspection. He discovered that our water heater needed replacement. He worked with me explaining all the issues. I totally agree the water heater needed to be replaced. Jonathan is very friendly and very professional. He aided me in talking to Ryan. I decided to go with water heater replacement. Jonathan was extremely patience with me and was more that able to guide me through the right decision. He deserves so much credit in his job. Kudos to him.

Our Goettl technician ,Matthew, was a fantastic person. He is really really great knowledgeable tech. He was so courteous and kind man. I would recommend him to anyone. Goettl is a great company to work with. They offered me numerous A/C systems to choose from. They are prompt with a replacement system. Again Matthew is fantastic.

The installation team of Charlie and Mike did an outstandingly professional job. They were super polite. The job they did was beyond superb. They cleaned up afterwards. Everything was explained and answered all our questions.

Another fantastic team serviced our home. Dyllan and Chris were the team that did the duct cleaning. They did a thorough job and explained everything they were doing as they did it. They sealed the ducts after the cleaning. And once that was finished the ducts were sanitized. I was shown pictures of the job and it was amazing what was done. Dyllan and Chris were so polite and very professional.

I would definitely recommend Goettl for your next A/C requirements. All the teams I encountered were really great. I would bet all the Goettl teams have the same professional, polite and great work ethic.

Teron was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend not only the company but Teron also. He helped us through fixing are new build issues and possibly saved my families life. We had a gas leak that went unnoticed during inspection or they didn't care. Guess that's DR Horton for ya!! Thank you so much.

Great service today provided by Jaime from Goettl - showed up on time. We had to reschedule the initial appointment, but it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. We utilized the Sadie membership for the services received. The team assessed that our AC unit is on its way out and gave us food for thought to consider upgrades and more comprehensive services compared to what our home warranty is offering.

Making the appt via chat was easy and convenient. The tech was on time and texted when on their way. However the estimate was ridiculous for a 30 min cartridge replacement! But we were able to come to an agreement and the tech did a fantastic job. Thanks Joshua for paying attention to detail!

Abdiel Chavez was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his assessment of the issues with my A/C units (indoor and outdoor). He answered all of my questions and provided solutions. Especially during these 100-degree temperatures, his expertise and expediency were essential and appreciated.
