I'm a plumbing contractor and have known Andrew for many years and have worked with him on many jobs. He is a straight shooter, honest and up fornt. You can always tell if Andrew has worked on or installed a unit, due to some of the neatest and cleanest workmanship that you will find. He also educates customers on proper preventive maintenance, dues and don'ts, and he will fill out and register warranty information for customers witch I find is very helpful. That's just the type of service you will get with Andrew. I highly recommend using First Rate Services. You won't want to use anyone els.

Andrew was great. He was honest and was real thourough, I never felt he was trying to over charge me. He made sure that the job was done quickly and correctly. My house has never felt better.

Andrew went above and beyond in not only getting my unit fixed but in calling the manufacturer of the unit and inquiring about getting the parts that were still under warranty. He was on the phone with them for hours before he could finally get some answers. He didn’t have to do that. Once he got the parts, he completed the job quicker than anything while delivering top quality customer service.

I was referred to Andrew by a friend. He did a furnace repair on my mom’s house. By doing a thorough analysis he was able to isolate a problem on a circuit board, and only had to replace a minor part, thereby saving me a lot of money. I have rarely met an AC guy as knowledgeable as him. He really seems to be dedicated to his craft.

I normally don't do reviews but feel compelled to since First Rate Services definitely merits a 5 star review. The quality of work as well as their professional demeanor were much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any AC repair work. Keep up the great work gents!

Andy has been my AC man for a few years now, he is very knowledgeable and affordable. Andy takes care of my personal home as well as my brothers 10 rent homes and my mother's coolers in her convince store. As soon as we have a problem we call Andy immediately and he is there to take care of us day or night as soon as possible. I would recommend Andy and First Rate Services to anyone needing help with any of their AC or coolers/freezers/ice machines for your home or business. He is fast, fair, and very professional. My friends and family will continue to use Andy for all our AC and coolers at home and in our business.

I definitely recommend First Rate Services. I had an emergency with my AC not draining properly and it had began leaking water onto the ceiling. I started calling around and came across First Rate Services. They answered my questions and stayed on the phone with me as I inspected my unit in my attic. (Hubby was working so it was up to me to look around) The information was thorough and spot on what to look for and how to rectify the problem. They didn't have to spend the time on the phone with me but they did and I appreciate there honesty. We are going to be needing some additional parts for our unit and definitely First Rate is the way to go. Thank you, First Rate!!

Stepsons R22 Trane system went out after 29 yrs. I called a guy who did a hack job band-aiding the system in June of 2018 and it held for 2 yrs. Called him again, but he was gone 'til mid July. He referred me to Andrew Sandoval - owner - First Rate HVAC.
Andrew came out a little later and assessed the issue. Yep - it was time for a total replacement. Replaced with a Bryant compressor and Carrier air handler - new thermostat - outside power box - and an extensive rework of inside area where air handler sits and more. It was an all-day job that he and an assistant did a fine job installing .
One of the things that sold me on Andrew was his Google reviews. At the time he had 88 and all were either 4 or 5 star.
Look at any of these outfits that advertise on TV all of the time and see if any of them have that rating. None of them do and they all have a swarm of 1/2 star reviews.
The unit where I live will die one of these days and when it does I will call Andrew to replace it.
