Andy has done work for us a few times, he is always prompt and tries his best to work you in when you have a emergency. Him and his partner(so sorry I forgot his partners name, but he was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable)recently repaired our heater and did everything they could to help us out, and all while giving great customer service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Andrew came out as soon as I contacted him when I came home after work and my AC wasn’t cooling. He checked everything out and had my house cool again in no time! He was very professional and straight forward! I HIGHLY recommend First Rate Services!! Thanks again Andrew!

Went straight to work without any interruptions except to explain what he was doing and why! WOW! What service!! Seriously, this young man is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! He fixed my AC, vacuumed up the dust and wiped down the area he was working on and actually left it cleaner that it was! Tested the AC for any complications and scheduled a follow up call. I have known Andrew for some time and always considered him as an honest and hardworking person though I had not used his services. Recently I did ask him to service our home HVAC system and he was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. It is highly likely that I will request his services again.

Excellent Service! Fast, reliable, honest, and very trustworthy. They helped fix a small issue from the end of last season another company said was a $2k to $3k job. The other company messed with my unit, but First Rate was very honest and fixed it. I will definitely use them again.
