Andy is AWESOME ! He is very knowledgeable at his job . We recommend him 1000 times over. Very thorough and even took the time to explain things when we had questions . He really saved the day for us ! Our AC gave out late afternoon , thankfully when we called he was available to assist us right away and got our AC back up and running. If we could give him 10 stars we would !! We can’t imagine how we would of made it if it wasn’t for Andy getting our AC working in hot June here in San Antonio .

The very best! Andy has installed multiples systems for me on various properties. He's my go-to. He has also maintained my personal home units. I value his knowledge and experience in resolving problems. This guy ain't no part pusher! I will not use anyone else. PERIOD.

Andrew saved our bacon when our AC left us stranded in the heat. He diagnosed the problem as soon as he opened the unit. First Rate Services perform First Class service. Andrew has taken excellent care of my heating and A/C unit for appx 7+ years. He is very honest unlike many other companies that want to rip and replace the whole unit. I have recommended his business to many of my friends and all have great things to say about him. I will continue to use them for years to come.

So this was my first time dealing with First Rate Services, Andrew was referred to me and I’m glad he was. Had him come out to clean my AC Blower and replace a UV light. He even went an extra mile and took it to a car wash because he wasn’t satisfied with how the water hose was cleaning it. I wouldn’t have known the difference, so right there is honesty. My unit is up in the attic and he made some recommendations on how he would have setup the unit, not necessary changes, but he said he could get rid of a vibration noise I’ve been hearing from the unit sitting up there on brick and plywood. I did have him come back out and he did an amazing job suspending the unit from the roof rafters and supporting it with springs underneath; it now sounds so smooth and he did it all at a great price for me. Andre thanks again for your professionalism and quality of work, see you when it’s time for tuneup.

The service provided by Andrew with First Rate Services was amazing. We had an installation done for our central a/c system. The work performed was very thorough and professionally done. His work was impeccable he and his assistant both were personable, polite and very professional. His method of diagnosis was through, on the mark and his explanations of repair options left me as a customer confident of his competence. He did not disappoint, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
