Originally called because of am odor we were smelling and Daniel was very thorough and open about everything in detail and was an amazing technician!

My AC thermostat was blanking out. Justin came out on the 4th of July promptly. He diagnosed the issue and because I'm a member, I wasn't charged. Thank you Justin and Air Dynamics !!

Amanda has come by before and both visits she was thorough and very professional. She explained everything very clear. She presented options for us to choose from but never pushy. Great job as always.

No one wants to hear that they need to buy a whole new unit after just moving into a new house, however both technicians we had out to the house, the most recent being Amanda, went above and beyond making sure the issue was diagnosed correctly and they both took the time to offer maintenance where they could. I really feel like the company cares about your well being and they want to do what is best. Also huge Kudos to their office staff, especially Stephanie, for being so accommodating and personable from day one. If I could give more stars I would. I definitely recommend to anyone in the market for ac services.

Amanda is so friendly and she explained everything in detail in a way we understood exactly what the problem is. We feel like we made another friend.

This is one of the few times we've had something happen. I don't call anyone else to come out to service our unit. It just so happened the a/c unit froze up and it happened during the week at 9pm. I called spoke with Stephanie who is absolutely wonderful! She gave me some tips to try and it definitely helped especially during these days when the weather is too hot. We kept in touch the next day until the technician Daniel came out. He checked it thoroughly and came in explained it all very well and gave me some tips to keep it running well. I have never been disappointed with their service. I have dealt with them several times and won't use anyone else! Thank you to Stephanie, Daniel and everyone at Air Dynamics. You are awesome!

Amanda Mims has always been professional and friendly. She performed a system inspection and filter replacement. She recommended preventative action and system enhancement which we did. Always informative! Can’t say enough about how great she is… I’m pretty sure her employers know what a valued and fantastic employee she is. If your not using Air Dynamics you need to and ask for Amanda!!!
