I cannot express how amazing Amanda was. She was the most personable technician of any field I have ever met. She's fast, smart, beyond intuitive, and overall, her. She's professional but will always crack a joke with you. My grandmother has known her over a few years and a few visits, and she didn't hesitate to ask how all was in the household since the last visit, remembering names and information. True professionalism, fun to talk to, and absolutely someone who all technicians should be modeled after.

I want to take a moment to thank Michelle from the office of Air Dynamics for the amazing customer service. I knew just from the first phone call my experience with this company was going to be a good one. They sent out Amanda Mims who got straight to work inspecting/testing my unit and finding the problem. She was incredibly thorough and informative as well as efficient. I had a terribly hot and miserable night and am so grateful to have had such a good experience and my AC is running beautifully. Thank y’all so much. I highly recommend this business.

Amanda, the service technician who inspected my A/C and furnace, was the absolute best A/C technician I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of home ownership! She was prompt, polite and friendly, but best of all she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to fully inspect my system, inside and out, and then discussed the findings with me, answering my questions as she went, and providing pictures so that I didn't have to follow her up into the sweltering attic or in the backyard on one of the hottest days in San Angelo's recorded history. Because I have a 20 year old system, I got a little nervous that she would find problems that would require a complete system replacement (which my piggy bank can't quite afford). I was so relieved when she gave me honest feedback and advice that will allow me to fix my current issue and plan for a complete replacement at some point down the road. No high tension sales pitch, which I truly appreciate. Just honest concern and advice.

I'd also like to mention Michelle, the office receptionist/scheduler. She was my first point of contact with Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling, and was was both professional and polite on the two occasions I spoke to her. A great "first touch" for the company!

I will definitely use this company in the future.

Amanda did an awesome job. She came in and figured out the problem and got my ac up and running. She explained what was wrong and how she fixed it. She is very knowledgeable and one of the nicest tech that I have meet. GREAT JOB Amanda you are very appreciated!!! This is one happy customer!

Amanda Mims was our tech this evening and we were so surprised of the hard work and amazing job she did. She walked us through all the issues our unit is having, showed us pictures of the exact problems, gave us great information and a plan on how to remedy everything!
She came highly recommended by our neighbor, and Amanda sure didn’t disappoint! She was thorough, friendly and even had great conversation skills! We absolutely will give her a 100/10 and will be recommended religiously!

Amanda was thoroughly professional. She accomplished the job, fixing my A/C , by thinking outside the box. My unit is in an awkward place and she figured out how to fix the issue my unit was having. 113° last week and our air went out. I called the company that usually services our AC and they said maybe in two days. I called a few other places and they said "next week". I called Air Dynamics and they were there the next day! The technician they sent, Amanda Mims, was amazing. I have never seen a more thorough inspection of an AC system. She was friendly and informative and explained everything that she was doing and fixed the problem. She, along with the responsiveness of the company, is the reason that I will use Air Dynamics from here on out.
