Great customer service....they really make you feel like your business is important to them.

Was having issues with my AC going off intermittently and with the extreme heat we have been experiencing, that was a big concern. I contacted Air Dynamics and was put on the schedule for first available. I was kept informed every hour or so on what was going on and when in the schedule that I would be seen. I was notified late in the day that Amanda was available and could head my way. Amanda showed up soon after and even after what had to be a long, hard hot day was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about my old system. She quickly identified the problem and repaired it. I will definitely be recommending Air Dynamics and Amanda.

Amanda was very professional, courteous, and friendly. She explained everything as she worked through different diagnostics. She even let my 2 year old use the temp gun which he thought was the best thing! Highly recommend and highly satisfied with the service.

Justin serviced our home at 10pm when it was over 85degrees in the house. He was not only friendly, professional, and effective, but made sure we were well looked after due to his thoroughness in his work ethic. I am a disabled veteran, and Justin is a fellow veteran. I support Air Dynamics and would give them 6 STARS****** if I could, because their service plan is the most affordable plan I have seen in this country. I have lived all over the United States, and have 3 deployments across the pond, and I haven't had a better A/C service than Air Dynamics. Thank you for YOUR service, Justin. You are appreciated!

Everyone that came through our door was pleasant to be around and were professionals at their job. My wife and I, wish to think each and everyone for a job well done.
We are both advanced in age and are definitely not computer savvy. So we had a bit of a problem, after losing the paper we had written a new Email address on, to finance through First Financial.
How ever First Financial Bank, had the solution . Apply for their credit card. After 5 minutes we were approved.
All is well on the old homestead.
PS: and cool in every room.

Amanda was great- knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Our AC went out in the middle of the night and with a newborn we were worried- she got everything back on quickly and looked over our entire system to make sure we wouldn't run into any further issues. Very professional company with knowledgeable employees. They ended up needing to replace our system as it was 22 years old, and with that install they were on time, worked efficiently, and kept an impeccably clean work site when finished. With the heat wave and a newborn baby in the house, they were able to provide and install temporary window units to our home until they were able to install the new unit. Our family felt cared about by this company who went above and beyond. Thank you air dynamics, Amanda, Justin, and Armando! You guys are great.
