Amanda Mims came out for regular service on our units and took the time to set our family up with the app to enable us to control our units with our phone. Amanda was very helpful and patient with us, as there were 9 of us trying to install and set up the app!

We have two HVAC systems at home. One of the A/C systems stopped working last night, with inside temps at 96 degrees. The technician showed up promptly this morning, diagnosed the problem and diligently fixed the issue. He was professional and courteous. I am very happy with the service.
