We have had installation and maintenance through Air Dynamics for years. All of their employees are reliable and knowledgeable. Amanda took time out of her day to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my understanding of the suggestion regarding my a/c system.

Old AC could not be repaired. It was on its last leg for the past 3 years. Amanda always found a way to get a little more life out of it. Anyhow, Amanda helped me get a new system at a price I could live with. The new system was available in only 2 days. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. We called Air Dynamics heating and cooling for an error we made. We decided to install a WiFi thermostat on our own. Of course we messed up the wiring and blew something on our circuit board. Amanda was the service tech that came out to diagnose the issue and fix it. She came out and let us know we needed a new part but of-course with Christmas and Covid shipping is delayed. She gave us an estimate of two weeks but she insured she would do everything she could to get it here sooner, and she stood by that because only 3 days later and she was back with the part. She was punctual and polite. She insured she walked us through the entire process and even found some mistakes on our system. We bought a brand new home in 2019 and turns out there were a few things not done up to code. She quickly informed us and let us know what needed to be done to correct the issue. She was patient with us and helped us understand the thermostat wiring and how to work our apps. I would definitely recommend this business. Needless to say because of her we signed up for their maintenance call program which means they come out every 6 months to look over the system and insure it’s working properly, and we get after hours emergency calls at a discount incase we ever need it.

Amanda was very friendly and professional! She was very transparent about any parts that needed replacing. She even helped set my thermostat to remind me to change the filter each month. The whole process was very easy!
