Amanda Mims, Lead Technician cleaned our interior unit blower blades and motor, as well as lubricate parts. This was a service to keep the unit running at peak proficiency. The field supervisor Ashlea, also came out separately to check on progress which was commendable and Stephanie called from the office to ensure the project was moving along accordingly. It was a team approach and effort, to ensure our overall satisfaction, which I can appreciate. We trust Air Dynamics with our HVAC needs. Highly recommend their services. Was having issues with central AC running for 3-5 mins, then shutting completely down for 10-20 mins. Called other locations, and soonest they could get to me was 3 days later. When I originally contacted Air Dynamics Heating & Cooling via their "Chat with us" feature on their website and explained my problem they were going to set me up on the following business day to have a technician come evaluate my problem. Then about five minutes later I received a call from Stephanie looking to set me up with a same day appointment, but I had missed her call. When I called back, she got me all set up for a same day appointment. Then I received a call telling me who my tech was going to be, Amanda. I had checked the recent reviews and saw many positive comments about this tech so I felt good about the assignment. And they did not disappoint, Amanda was very professional, knowledgeable, articulate and able to explain every step of what they were doing. I understood every step they did, why it was being done, and what to look out for to prevent this particular issue from happening again. Alot of times it seems there is pressure to purchase follow-up services and/or products from other companies, did not have that feeling. I was presented the facts, given my options, and allowed to make my own choice. Very impressed with this company, and their technicians. Will defiantly use them again.
