They've done outstanding work for me over quite a few years. They've always been professional and courteous, and quick to respond. I had a capacitor go out last night. I called DT Air Conditioning first thing in the morning. A technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the capacitor in under 30 minutes. Awesome work. I won't let anyone else service my A/C units.

Zee was able to come out late in the day (which we so appreciated) to inspect our unit. He was so thorough and took the time to rule out all possible reasons as to why we were not getting proper airflow downstairs.

We knew that we had to replace our unit sooner than later so we decided to move forward with getting quotes on AC units. Dana was prompt in getting us estimates and took the time to make recommendations based on our needs and budget. His quotes were competitive and we felt like we got a great deal on the unit we purchased. (We also got quotes from another company to compare.)

He and his crew were great to work with and we are so happy with our new system.

Our AC system needed to be replaced, they had fixed my unit 4 years ago. Had the best experience with Dana the owner, he even tried to help me on Sunday by giving me a part to help fix my unit. He team did a great job and replaced our entire system in 1 day. Would highly recommend DT Air.

Dana Tovi installed 2 Trane systems for me in March 2016. His pricing was the most competitive. His crew was great. They knew the job. Dana was the only one who went the extra mile to convince me that we need to add more duct work to increase the airflow. I'm glad he did. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the attic after the job was done. The wireless thermostats were also installed and I did not have to do a thing. It was all up and running. He always picks up the phone when I call which is very important to me and to anyone else for that matter. He did what he said he would, in a very timely manner

He was extraordinarily professional and installed the entire system with no issues within a week. Dana was knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I needed a completely new HVAC system for a total remodel. I replaced the old system that was housed in a closet and ducted under the house with a new system housed and ducted in the attic. I contacted four companies to come out and bid the project. I settled on DT Air because they provided the most competitive and honest bid. Most companies were dishonest or dismissive about the Oncor rebate but DT Air was completely straightforward. The owner Dana was hands on from the initial appointment through installation and activation. He assessed my needs and followed through to ensure those needs were met. As a novice acting as my own general contractor I truly appreciated Dana’s professionalism. Dana even registered my Trane products for me and sent me the registration confirmations. I’ve recommend DT Air to my friends and family and they’ve all had great experiences.

Zee, Dana and the whole team at DT Air Conditioning & Heating were fantastic!!! I noticed around 10:00 PM or so that my A/C unit wasn’t cooling very well. I sent Dana an email describing the symptoms and received a call this morning at 8:30 AM for a appointment time of 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Zee arrived promptly at 10:00 and replaced the start/run capacitor in 10 - 15 minutes. That was the best service I every received on a service call. Thanks, DT.

Woke up this morning at 7:30 to a warm house. After a little investigation, I realized that the house's AC fan wasn't working (even in On mode and not just Auto) even though the external unit seemed to be running when I turned the thermostat down. The AC company I had used in the past is closed on Sundays, and I found DT through a Google search. Since they had glowing reviews, I gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke to (I believe Dana?) said he himself wouldn't be able to make it out to noon, but that he'd try another contractor and see if he'd be available earlier, and if so, he'd call me back and let me know. He did so soon after, and let me know that someone was on the way. It's now just after 10 AM, and the technician has come and gone, having diagnosed the problem (bad circuit board), repaired it, and double checked the main unit for any other issues. I now have a perfectly functional AC system again, a whopping 2 1/2 hours after I realized there was a problem. Unbeatable service. Very happy (and now cool!) customer. Dana and his team replaced my downstairs a/c & heating unit - interior and exterior. He offered a good price and was able to install right away. His team was very courteous and effecient. Dana even sent out another experienced tech to double check the installation connections and make sure everything was done perfectly.
