DT Air Conditioning & Heating

Thermostat was showing a code indicating High Current Lockout Monday DT was able to come out before noon to diagnose. Turns out my inverter needed to be replaced. They found the replacement part and had me back up and running before 5pm. Professional technicians and great service as usual. Highly recommend.

A coil went wrong on one of my A/C units, and my aunt recommended dt air to me. The technician swiftly responded, laid out the options available to me, and was out to assess the issue quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with his service.

These folks have always done great work for me, knowledgeable, honest, and great value. Both for "my AC is dead" call, and the annual preventive maintenance. Actually feel like I'm really getting a worthwhile service tune up, and not spending money for 5 minute tune up and 30 minute sales pitch you get from other companies where the service techs are on commission.

Most other companies I've signed up for semi-annual AC / Heater maintenance, they spend 30-45 minutes at your house and then present you with a list of $6000 worth of the stuff they want upgrade? Super start capacitor, attic ladder insulation, vent clean out, etc., etc. In some cases there is so much time creating this list there is no way they actually gave my AC / Heater unit a proper once over.

Here's the exact opposite. 18 months ago I pre-paid for 2 visits from DT Air Conditioning and heating, but only used one of them. I forgot, never called them for my second tune up. I'm sure they called me but I get so many spam calls I probably just didn't answer. Fast forward to today, I called them out for my spring tune up, they spent 45 minutes cleaning things, etc. didn't ask me for any unnecessary upgrades, and reminded me that I forgot to call them back and let me know today's visit was free since I didn't use my second tune up last year.

Honest company that won't tell you the entire system needs replacement when it can be repaired, unlike other HVAC companies. What I love the most is that they offer competitive and reasonable rates.

The ac repair service I received was beyond my expectations. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the system to me. Excellent work!

Will 100% use these guys again in the future! We were quoted thousands to replace a blower motor from another company, who also pressured us to buy a new unit so hard I was almost sick to my stomach from the stress of it. My husband called these guys and they came out and told us it was one tiny part that needed to be replaced and it was a small fraction of the cost we were quoted from the other company. Absolute life savers!!! No pressure to buy a new unit, the repair man was honest, polite, professional, and did everything he could to save us money. We will for sure call again in the future for any other A/C issues.
