DT Air Conditioning & Heating

This is my first time to use DT Air Conditioning. They came right away. Zee is a great and polite technician
and got us cooler immediately.

Update: I thought they were reasonable until I found out online the capacitor they replaced cost less $20 but they charged $229 (+ $85 service fee) The amount of price difference shocked me. The business owner said they are very competitive. He may be right but I can’t verify it. For the price difference reason, I am changing their rating.

The technician showed up on time and quickly identified the source of the problem. He explained it and then fixed it for a reasonable price. I would hire them again, if needed!

I've used DT AC for some years always with a happy outcome. Recently, while on vacation, one of the AC units failed and a portion of the house was unusually warm when we returned. It was not a pressing issue for us as it wasn't the critical unit for our home but Z came over fairly quickly and just as quickly replaced the transformer causing the problem. Besides being knowledgeable about AC systems he, and Dana as well, are great to talk with. I really do like this company!

After years of DT taking care of my old a/c unit, I had a new unit installed and could not be happier. Great deal on new unit, installed by professionals and everything explained and checked out. Dana and Zee are both professionals and I definitely will use and recommend them.

I have used DT Air for several years now and have always been happy with their quality and response to my issues. This call was for the complete replacement of my (24 year old) AC and Heating system. Dana, the owner came out same day and provided several options to choose from to replace the entire system. Prices were very good and an installation was scheduled for 2 days later.

Installation techs showed up on time. They took great care to protect my floors and make sure that my property was respected and taken care of. Because of a tight attic space, this was a very hard de-installation and then installation of the new system. It took 11 hours to complete, but the installation crew was working very hard for the entire 11 hours. They took one short break to eat some lunch and hydrate. Couldn't be happier with these guys and their work ethic. The owner came out toward the end of the job to personally inspect and make sure that I was happy with the work that had been done and to go over how to operate the new system.

The product installed was a high end product at a great price. At the end of the day, the price charged was exactly the price quoted (no up-charges, hidden prices or add-on's).

I am now a few days after the install and couldn't be happier with the performance of the new AC/Heating unit. I listened to Dana and went with his recommendation for the best system for energy and reliability.

Dana was professional from start to finish. His suggestions for improvement to our current situation (21 year old system) were spot on. We purchased two variable speed units from him. He was prompt, he and his crew worked diligently and completed the job in one very full day. He carefully removed the old unit and left the attic cleaner than when he arrived. Dana came back the day after installation to check everything out once again before payment was required. We would highly recommend DT Air Conditioning and Heating!

I highly recommend DT air conditioning . This company is so efficient and prompt. One of my units at the restaurant went out on a 97 degree day. I called them and 9 hours later I had a brand new unit. Very competitive price and well mannered crew. These guys are fast and good quality work.

Have been using DT Air now for about 8 years doing routine repair and maintenance. Recently, DT Air installed a new A/C system and everything has been working flawlessly. They did all the thing necessary to keep a customer happy....excellent communication, competitive pricing and excellent followup. Would definitely recommend.
