Dana and his employees installed a new AC/heating system to replace my original one. They gave me a quote, but it turned out to be a very difficult install because part of the system is in the attic and the system did not quite fit without removing/reinstalling the attic staircase. Thus the AC/heating install took several hours longer, but they did not charge extra. Today, when the attic staircase door won't close due to the spring latch, they came within 40 minutes from my call to fix the problem. I was relieved because it is late Friday when most technicians are headed home. Thank you!

DT's crew showed up on a timely basis, worked to complete the job in a professional manner, including fixing an existing issue we were not aware of with no additional charge. We were very pleased with the installation of a new heating and AC system at a competitive price and with all necessary registration and paperwork completed immediately, We highly recommend Dana and his team.

I had my air conditioning go out on a 103 degree day. I called and although they were scheduled for that day, they call me right back and let me know their availability. I scheduled. They called before they arrived, were more than on time, actually early. Dana looked at my unit, and quoted me a price. I felt comfortable that I could trust him that is was reasonable and I had him complete. Within an hour my air was back on and working. He checked my freon when I let him know it has been a 2 years since my last maintenance. They had several calls while here, because was so hot day prior. I could appreciate that a complete maintenance could not be completed, there are others scheduled and if they are like me, getting air, is much more important than maintaining my system today.
I feel they are honest, expedient, communicative, and I would absolutely recommend them. I am lucky they came to my home and fixed my issue.

Always showed up for appointments as planned and on time. Spent the time to inspect the system and make good recommendations on how to proceed. Always very professional. Work was done timely and well - crew was knowledgeable and efficient. Because installed while still cool, came back a couple months after install to check system and added freon - no charge. Received quotes from 5 AC companies - DT was the best, and having used them for 10+ years I can tell you their performance is also the best. I would recommend them to anyone for repair or installation. Dana (owner) is great to work with !

I've used DT for many years on my 10 rental homes and my personal residence. Dana has always been honest with me and hasn't pushed me to replace older systems when a simple repair will get it back up and running. He has replaced several systems for me and his crew has always done a great job.
