I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Dana and his team at DT Air Conditioning. Dana replaced my condenser unit and evap coil with an upgraded Carrier 16 Seer system. All of my supply and return ducting in the attic were replaced with bigger and more efficient R8 ducting. My returns in the wall were increased in size and an additional return was added in the ceiling to allow more airflow to the furnace. Now the upstairs in my house feels amazing. It's 100 degrees outside, but its 71 degrees with 48% humidity inside. I am a customer for life!

Dana provided a hassle-free experience. Few years ago, when another company recommended that we replace the AC unit, he identified a compressor issue and replaced it - it worked for over two years. DT’s service was great! From diagnosis to quoting to final installation..,they were efficient, professional, honest, and courteous. They recommended what I really needed and the whole process was so smooth, especially the installation - the technicians were very polite and got the job done in a very professional manner. DT Air is great. Another company told me my unit was shot and Dana quickly evaluated it, replaced a $150 part and our home was cooled back down! This all happened a day ago when the heat index was 108 - hottest day of the year and we were sweltering! I felt pressured to make a decision about this new unit and Dana came to us immediately, even though he had a full schedule because it was an emergency. He had it fixed in 20 minutes! All the things the other company said were not even a problem.

Second time we have used the DT company. This time one of our AC units quit, turned out to be the capacitor. The techs were very friendly, had PPE, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. They informed us of some weakening components (like other capacitors) but didn't use any tactics to influence replacement. Just the facts and recommendations. Would definitely use again and recommend them highly!
