Allen quickly detected a minor factory setting that needed to be switched on, and also pointed out flashing to the furnace pipe that needed attention. He was quick, courteous and honest. Will not hesitate to contact them for all my A/C and heating needs. Good company

DT A/C has serviced our home A/C for several years. Last week, our 17 year old system (installed by someone else) finally died. DT had given me a heads up last year that it was on it's last legs.

We called DT early the next morning and they sent someone out within 2 hours to check the system. They showed me pictures of the burned out internals. (We were dreading a long weekend living in a hotel but found a portable A/C unit that rolls on wheels and used it to keep temps below 90 degrees in the house.)

DT quickly provided 3 options to consider with quotes. I checked with neighbors and they confirmed they were competitive on pricing.

Saturday morning at 10am they were here working to replace everything in the attic and outside. They worked all day and got it installed. We were amazed at their quick response to our initial call, finding the right equipment (in the middle of COVID19 shortages) and getting it installed so quickly.

To recap, we called them Friday morning and by Saturday evening we were getting cold air again with a completely new system including furnace.

Of course not every situation will be so good but we highly recommend DT Air Conditioning for their responsiveness and communications.
