Incredible experience with Braden at Dragon Air Services! From quote, scheduling to post-installation, Braden and his team were extremely transparent in all the costs, details, etc. We went with a new 3 ton American Standard system and the installation was quick, smooth and fantastic. They prioritized my family in the house, and made sure after installation to give us a walkthrough of the system. Since I was out of town, Braden sent me a video of the install. They will be our go-to HVAC company from now on. Rock on guys!

Dragon Air was quick to respond when I requested a bid for a home improvement project. After an initial call, Dragan came over and confirmed the work that needed to be done and provided a competitive bid. You don't always need a new car when you go and get new tires. That is feeling I get with this company and I love it! The best part about this company is they want to fix what you have instead of the AC companies that say they can't replace a part and it's going to cost $10,000 to make you happy and cooled down. I reached out around 7:30 pm, got a response in less than 20 minutes and set up with a time in the mid morning the next day. Dragan got there after a 20 minutes heads up, checked out everything on the AC, ran his tests and he was able to quickly determine what the problems were and fix them promptly. He gave me tips on how to maintain the AC, and of course he would love to sell me a new system, but he said his overall honest approach is just making sure the customer is taken care of and that finding the solution should never have to start with trying to sell a new AC system until it's absolutely necessary. The costs were worth the value and efficient service provided. I will keep using these guys for their overall amazing work and if my AC decides it's time for an over haul, then these guys will be called.

Dragon just came out for regular maintenance and performed the always thorough maintenance review. Dragon always goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and he always shows up when he says he will. He is knowledgeable and professional, and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. He maintained the system at our old house and he maintains the system at our current house. His pricing is more than fair, and he is just a delight to be around. Thanks Dragon!

I have used Dragon 3 or 4 times now. The man is top notch in the hvac world. If you need work done in far north Dallas area, I highly recommend his work. UPDATE!!!!!!!

Last week I had another company out for routine maintenance. They told me I needed to replace one of my HVAC systems because the heat exchanger was leaking. Their quote was several thousand more than my friends and neighbors have recently paid which set my BS detector off so I called Dragon Air Services for a second opinion. There was a night and day difference in the way they treat customers and in the level of detail in their work. Turns out the previous company had left a sensor disconnected and had flat out lied about the problem with the heat exchanger. Thank you Dragon Air. You saved me thousands of dollars today.

I've had Dragon work on my A/C several times over the last few years. Each time, he has been very responsive, quick to come, solved the problem effectively and fairly priced. What more can you ask? Great guy, great work and great follow up. Highly recommend!

I stumbled across Dragon Air after the company that had been servicing my AC for years sold out to a larger company with a less than stellar reputation. The reviews on Yelp were almost too good to be true, but the reviewers all seemed legit so I decided to give them a try.

I had an old Lennox AC unit that has been on its last leg for a couple of years. The compressor stopped working and Alex was able to do a little rewiring and made it operational. After a few weeks, it stopped again on a Saturday evening at 7:15pm. Lucky for me, Home Depot was opened until 8pm so I was able to get a window unit.

I sent Dragon Air an email that evening not expecting a reply until Monday. To my surprise, I received an email from Dragan, the owner, and he was at my house at 11am on Sunday. He was able to get it started, but it was obvious that it was time for me to spend the money on a new system.

The new AC was installed yesterday and they did a great job and there was plenty of extra work for them to do in my 60YO house. I now have cool air in places where I've never had cool air in the 20 years I've lived here. No one seemed to have noticed that one of the ducts under the house had never been hooked up. There were a couple of others that had been damaged when I had a burst pipe under the house. I sure felt bad for the guy that spent a bunch of time in the less 2' crawl space. There was also plenty of work that had to be done in the attic to reposition and remove equipment and redo some of the patchwork that had been done over the years.

Now, I have a cold house and a unit that doesn't run all day and night.

These guys really do a great job and are fun to be around. I'd recommend them for all of your HVAC services.
