I called this morning for an appointment and was given an 11-1 slot tomorrow. Then the owner himself called me a short time later and said he could come check the system himself immediately. Dragan came, quickly found the problem with the system, fixed the problem, and was done within a few minutes. Dragan was extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, and explained everything. I am so grateful for his honesty and quick service! I will definitely call Dragon Services next time I need help with my HVAC system!

We had our AC go out on Tuesday. We had someone out the same day to try and fix it but it was a lost cause. They worked with us to make sure we got a good quality replacement unit without charging a ridiculous price. Thursday evening we were sleeping comfortably in our newly-cool house. The rep we worked with most, Aaron, was professional, easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable. Dragon Air has two happily cool, loyal customers, we couldn't be happier with their service, response time or prices.

Dragon air is the best. They had an amazing guy named Dani come out and take care of my A/C on Memorial Day and he diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately they even came out 1 hour after my call! He taught me a lot about my system, and even went as far as to help clean it off too which he didn’t have to do. 10/10 I will be using Dragon Air from now on!!

Called Dragon Air for a refrigerant leak in my system, Braden came out the next morning, thoroughly examined the system and did a leak test free of charge. He gave me multiple options whereas other highly rated companies took a quick look without leak test and told me my only option was to replace the whole system. Very happy with the job they did and the quote was very reasonably priced. Super honest guy. He accidentally told me a slightly higher number when I was writing the check, I did not realize until he handed the check back to me and apologized profusely for the mistake, instead of pocketing the extra money. Will definitely use them again in the future

Where my HWA contractor failed miserably, Dragon Air Services rose to the challenge starting with responding immediately to my emergency request and showing up early on a Saturday morning to assess the situation with my HVAC suddenly blowing continuous cold air. They were fast and efficient. Granted, the problem could not be fixed on the same day, but they explained the reasons why and my fears of shelling out thousands of dollars were allayed. They came back Monday afternoon and finished the job speedily, efficiently, and professionally. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
I also should probably get rid of my useless home warranty.

There's a reason Dragon gets 5-star reviews by everyone they service. We had Dragan himself, along with Braden, and both were terrific - patient, took the time to explain our options, honest, and with competitive pricing on installation of a new unit and repair of an old one. The installation team worked quickly and efficiently to have us up and running in one day. We've had less reliable service from other companies we used in the past through a since-canceled home warranty policy, but have full confidence in Dragon and will use them whenever needed in the future.

With our heating and AC unit now 24 years old, we decided to replace them. My past experiences with AC repairmen have not always been the best, so I was very hesitant about who to call. I decided to make an appointment with four vendors on Yelp who had good reviews. Of all of the vendors, I was extremely impressed with Dragon Air. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Dragon was very thorough in identifying the right units for my house without trying to oversell me. Not only was his customer service excellent, but I can tell they truly care about doing right by the customer. Dragon was absolutely the best vendor I have experienced with regard to their integrity, quality product and extremely good pricing. I would highly recommend Dragon without hesitation. He exceeded my expectations. I would give this vendor six stars out of 5 if I could.

I found Dragon Air Services on Nextdoor with good reviews. They are responsive and easy to set up appointment for services in a very reasonable time frame. Alex contacted me about 30 minutes before his arrival and he worked diligently during the service calls and did a great job. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and patiently explained the issues to me. In addition, their service fee is reasonable. I would highly recommend Dragon Air for all you AC needs. Alex, I really appreciate your service.

Educated me over the phone on my system and advised against a visit when not necessary. I'll be using them when I need someone to service my unit.

Update 3/31 - I decided to replace my unit after the great freeze of 2021. Dragon came and quoted a replacement for my indoor and outdoor units. I had quoted through a couple other companies and Dragon was the best priced. We scheduled for a couple weeks after the quote as mine was not a rush job. They showed up on time and set up plastic to keep my carpet protected. They spent the day replacing the indoor and outdoor unit. The job was complete in one day. We were able to use components of my old system to help save some money.
We did the online financing and it was a breeze. Use them if you're needing a replacement, repair or servicing on your unit. Anyone who was willing to spend time educating me over the phone with no promise of business earned my future business.

After not having heat for a week during the coldest week in Texas, Dragon Air saved the day! We had two broken furnaces and wanted to install new ones ASAP. I initially was going to go with another company, but got a better quote from Dragon Air and loved the speedy communication.

The crew came by the next morning and worked so efficiently. They installed two brand new furnaces within four hours!! I’m so impressed and relieved to have heating again. If you have heating or AC needs, don’t hesitate to call them. Thank you, Dragon Air!
