Dragon brothers just installed new HVAC systems at home. a 5 ton and 3.5 ton American Standard. Professional, friendly, reasonable throughout the process, from quote to installation.

I know Dragon and Aleks for many years. They were there on-call and reasonable servicing my 20 year old systems. And when it is time to replace the systems, the decision was very easy on whom to pick.

Very happy & pleased about the overall experience, while servicing the old systems and installation of new systems. 5-stars hands-down, for the past 5 years or so, since the time we have been using their services.

Dragon AIr Services did an amazing job! Pricing was very reasonable and fair and Dragon was beyond professional, I plan to continue using them for everything. We had a frozen AC and Dragon was able to locate the issue and get us up and running within an hour.

I can see why Dragon Air has so many great reviews! I called them yesterday to schedule a tune up, and they were able to squeeze in the appointment today. Alexs was super professional, straightforward, and efficient. Their pricing is fair too. Highly recommend!

They do good honest work at very reasonable prices. Dragan the owner has serviced my systems before and he continues to deliver on that. Recently, they identified and fixed the electrical problem that kept the air blower from running to circulate cool air. This was on an old system that could be replaced, but Dragan’s honest and correct diagnosis and alternative solution enabled me to choose the repair option of replacing a cheap part to extend the useful life of the current system. Thank you Dragan Air Services.

The team was terrific. I had originally reached out to them many months ago for duct cleaning but this isn't a service they offer so they instead referred me to another excellent company that took care of those needs.

It always stuck with me that they were so great to work with (in terms of the initial referral for duct cleaning), so I also reached out to them for HVAC maintenance. Their service couldn't have been more perfect or polished. They arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection, and explained everything in detail. I'm so impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, thoroughness, and responsiveness. Would highly recommend!!

Aleks was prompt and very efficient. I would definitely use Dragon Air in the future. They called me back quickly to set up the appointment and were able to come out the next day to get my AC units ready to turn on for the year. The price was less than some others and fair for the work done.

As a general contractor, building remodeler, and business owner/operator, I work with many contractors on a regular basis. I came across Dragan at Dragon Air Services when a condenser unit went out at one of our buildings. I was impressed by his quick response, and his follow through (he actually showed up and did what he said he would). He clearly knew his trade and pointed out other potential issues with our site. His was fair and competitive with other estimates. Though I haven’t experienced how well he stands behind his work should something g go wrong down the road, I believe he will be there should a problem arise. I recommend the company and consider Dragan to be in the top 5% of HVAC contractors I’ve dealt with.

I am very averse of reading online reviews and do not trust any contractors. Our Air Conditioning went down on the last day of summer (in Texas), and the company that originally installed the system literally disappeared! I refused to believe that honest HVAC contractors exist. Until I met Dragan (the owner). He came out on a holiday, gave a precise estimate and got the work done right and was incredibly professional and courteous. Although I am very cynical of contractors, Dragan at Dragon Air Services has made me a customer for life! Thank you Dragan for all that you do for our North Texas community!

10/26/19 - update : Aleks from Dragon Air came out on a Saturday. Such a professional, courteous and knowledgable individual. He is more of a scientist and an HVAC contractor. He knows HVAC systems inside and out (literally) and makes HVAC service and repair an art and a science. Aleks and Dragon Air Services were amazing in helping my family and repairing our AC.

A different vendor's diagnosis was that our condenser fan motor died, which would mean either an expensive repair on an old unit, or of course, a new AC unit altogether.

Aleks was extremely diligent in identifying the real root cause - i.e., a wiring issue, which was much more affordable. He was also great at communicating and answering the dozens of question I had.

Looking forward to being a repeat customer.

Dragon Air was able to see us quickly to help us with our system not turning on for heat. The owner made the service call and was efficient, professional, and direct. He even brought his own vacuum to clean up after his work was done. Highly Recommend.
