My parents have used them for long time. And when my heater went out I called my mom to get their number and they had someone out within hours. They worked hard and to get the part need to get my unit fixed before the part store closed for the weekend. They were able to get the part and my system running the next morning. They were very fair with their prices. I will definitely be using them again.

I called Dragon Air Services when my disabled cousin lost heat in his home. They were able to send someone immediately. The other HVAC companies I tried were several days out. Aleks found the problem and had the heat running in less than 30 minutes. He even went out of his way to go to Home Depot and buy a replacement filter. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!!!

Definitely hard nowadays to find a quality AC company that is reliable and punctual. Dragon Air does that with no frills. I’ll be staying with them for years to come, entrusting em with maintenance and repairs!

I have never seen a Google rated business with 100% perfect reviews, so I had to give this company a chance to win my business, which they did, with flying colors.

I decided to go with Dragon AC to replace my 22 year old AC and furnace units and upgrade my duct configuration after the owner of the company (Dragan) spent about two hours at my home, analyzing the current situation and how best to fix me up going forward, within my limited budget.

The install process is underway now, as I write this review, and it has already vastly exceeded my expectations after less than six hours of progress, with a crew of several (more than five, plus Dragan supervising, coordinating the operation) working efficiently and courteously toward the completion of the project. He even coordinated a plumber that he works closely with to do the related work that requires a licensed plumber.

(6/23 update) I've had the system for over a year and a half now, and the system and regular maintenance has continued to exceed all my expectations and dreams for this company.

Highly recommended for any new system, repair, or maintenance work, one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

Dragon was very fast with his response and sent us his serviceman within a couple of hours. And this was on a Saturday.
Braden called to tell us he was on his way,
He came and made the repairs and then later checked in with us to confirm everything was working. He then returned on Sunday and completed the job! He was wonderful!!

I have used Dragon Air a few times and have consistently been impressed but my last experience was above and beyond!

My AC unit went out at 6PM and I placed a call to Dragon Air, they explained they are very busy and due to already booked clients the earliest they could come would be in 2 days. I understood & made an appointment. A hour later I received a text that they could squeeze me in tonight! They showed up for a 8PM house call! Our unit is a 2004 and I thought for sure we were in for a complete replacement…nope! Dragon Air is so honest that $200 later I have cold air kicking again!

These guys are the real deal and have a customer for life!!

Our upstairs A/C went out on Friday and "our" A/C guy couldn't get to us for 2.5 weeks. A friend referred us to Dragon Air. I called, left a message, and the owner called me back in a matter of minutes. He was friendly, empathetic and ready to help. He had someone at my house the same day. Braden was prompt, courteous, professional and he knew his stuff. He followed up by text and exceeded all timelines and expectations. It was such a positive experience that I wanted to take the time to share it. They did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it! We are grateful and I cannot say enough positives about Dragon Air and team! We will be back!

Old HVAC system finally gave out after 26 years. Received 5 different quotes for a replacement. Although Dragon was not the cheapest, they were competitive with their price. What set Dragon apart was being the most responsive, most detailed in their design, most detailed in their communication of what was needed, and most importantly, was knowing that we were always dealing with the owner of the company vs. talking to a dispatcher and various random technicians. The city inspector said I should be extremely happy because Dragon did an amazing job with our installation. I totally agree. I would not hesitate to recommend Dragon Air to anyone.

I have used Dragon many times and they are now my go to HVAC service provider. Very responsive and always on time. Prices are reasonable and the entire team is very respectful and I trust them in my house when I’m not even there which says a lot. 5 stars all the way.
