Polar Air replaced the Ac unit in my home. From the start Mathew the technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came to survey the home. He gave us the peace of mind that the unit we selected would be large enough to cool our home. The service was done the next day and the installation was done in a professional and timely manner . Over all excellent service. This company comes with great customer service and the guarantee that the job is well done .

They were here quick, and diagnosed the problem fast. They gave me a proposal and got to work immediately. No issues, they worked within my budget. Overall I would recommend this company anytime. The work they completed was very professional and I'm very happy with the results. Matthew and Cosme are the people who came over and they were both professional and friendly.

Matthew Kauffman came out to service our HVAC and did an amazing job. Truly a professional young man with excellent customer service skills.

They were very up front with what service they offered, what needs to be done, unlike some shady companies that seemingly hide some information from you. I opted for the 2 visits/year at $199. The technician added 2 lbs. of the coolant for an additional $70, after doing the maintenance/cleaning/checkup. He gave tips on how to help maintain the AC clean. The office consultant Edith was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a prompt response to AC home unit issues.
