Super grateful to Matthew and the Polar Air team for coming to the rescue late in the evening. I doubt any other company would’ve answered our urgent call for service, especially that late at night. My 7 month old baby and my 2 year old would not have been happy if my unit’s leak wouldn’t have been repaired. I’m highly impressed by how Polar Air responded and genuinely cared to take care of us that night. The house was reaching above 80’s and my wife and I were bummed, baby crying, toddler acting-up, and I was panicking. When the Polar Air truck arrived moments later, relief finally settled in. Your quick assessment of the problem and repair was incredible! Your Super Tech team member Cosme did an excellent job taking care of that nasty leak my unit had. In no time everything was back to normal and my family finally got the rest and comfort we needed. 1st time customer! My husband and I were SUPER impressed. Art Flores (AC Tech) was AWESOME. Communicated every step of the way. Made me feel as if there were no dumb questions. Thank you. He was fast and fixed my AC problem quickly. Our AC was only blowing warm air, he replaced the capacitor and checked entire system. In less than an hour, house was cold again! Great job Art! He will definitely be our AC guy from now on!

Was very impressed with how quick Polar Air arrived at my house after the initial call. Technician was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he found and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Another thing that was noticed was the high quality of tools and instruments that were used to diagnose the system. Great experience working with Polar Air. I have a maintenance plan with this company, and when my AC gave out on a Sunday, they came out promptly to fix the problem. Because I had the plan, they charged me the regular rate instead of the after hours rate.The technician, Matthew was quick to resolve our issue and was professional and courteous. The service plan is well worth the price.

If you need residental services tell Polar Air NOT to send Cosme, residental supervisor tech to your home. He is very agrumentative towards Polar airs clients inside the household, has a lot of defensvie commiuncation, lacks business commiunciation skills, states clients give him attuide, damands payment when the office manager stated the job was not completed yet, stating he is doing us favors and stating we are refusing to look at damage pictures after the damage had occured, (leakage of water in the celing) as the home was unsupervised with Cosme and the tech sitting in the truck playing on thier phones. The was another thing water damage was done while the house was unspervised as the techs were in their van with the a/c on and Ihad to run outside to tell them water is pouring from the celing to the floor, but this complaint is mostly about the lack of customer service of the employee Cosme, where clearly he gives the vibe he does not care about us,the cllients and seems like he has been getting away with his attiude with customers for a long time. A written compliant was made about him on a survey last year about his aggressive behavior and it seems like that was not addressed. So we made a another complaint about his behavior this year towards the office manager and left messages with Matthew Garcia the manager. Whether they actually get after their employees to protect the name of the business or protect the empolyee instead, for future homeowners tell the company NOT to send Cosme to save you stress as I know everyone we all want good customer service when work is hired in our homes.
