Matthew diagnosed the problem on my air conditioner, did not have the part on his truck (due to the age and style of my unit), ran and got the part from his shop, and installed it. All in within 1 hr. He was very professional while being very personable. Awesome job, and very pleased.

Found Polar Air on Google. Had problems with my nest, quickly came out and fixed my issue. Their customer service is excellent, I can see now why they have 5 star reviews.

Our AC unit went out at the worst possible time. Friday at 6 o’clock after hours. Polar air made the process so easy to get our unit repaired. From calling the company and speaking to a live person and not an answering service, to the reassurance that somebody would make it out that same day, and the technicians professionalism and willingness to make sure that our family home would be cool before they left.

I highly recommend Polar Air and will definitely be calling me them again if needed. :)
