This is honestly the best place to go to when you’re needing help with your AC. My inside AC unit started to leak water on a Thursday night, and I didn’t know what to do. I went straight to Google to see who I could find to come take a look at it. I found Polar Air and I decided to call them first thing in the morning. I called their business and the receptionist that answered was extremely professional, understanding, and polite! She said she could try to fit me in for an appointment time that same afternoon, but if there wasn’t any space available she did explain I would have to wait until Monday. She informed me that she would give me a call right back to confirm if someone could get sent out that day. She called me back ten minutes later and said someone could be out that afternoon and she did give me an ETA! I was so relieved! Austin and his partner (I don't know how to spell his name!) arrived within that time frame and they were extremely professional, polite, and understanding! They explained everything that was going on while they checked my AC unit and they were very thorough in making sure my unit (both inside and out) were working properly. The price for the services is extremely affordable. I couldn’t have chosen a better business! I know from now on, I will be using their services for all of my AC needs.

A little expensive but they are great! Called on a Sunday they came out and had everything up and running in about 2 hours, from the time i called to them fixing my AC. Like the saying you get what you pay for.

I'm a manager at Pei Wei and we had a quote for a AC repair that was completely outrageous I'm talking 2,500+ from another local repair store not to mention it was their third time at the restaurant in 2 months. A man named Alex came in to service and give us a quote. He was very respectful and informative explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He ended up saving us a ton of money by finding the real problem we were having. He made a wonderful impression on me and my GM and we will definitely be using their services again.

I highly recommend PolarAir for AC repair. Our AC went began to leak and the day I called to schedule an appointment, the representative was ready to schedule a repair the same day. I was not expecting that soon of an appointment 👍🏼. I was able to schedule a technician to conduct a diagnostic the next day. Art Flores was very professional and knowledgeable. Not Only did he immediately identify the issue, but he also explained to me how the issue came to be. This is something I look for in any business. To not only fix the problem, but to educate the customer on the services provided. I was very impressed with the service and total experience. The price was great for the service provided. Arturo also educated us on preventative maintenance to ensure we don’t lose our cool (cold air) during the summer. Thank you PolarAir!

I run a Snacks place and had another company on site and my freezer was Doing things it wasn’t doing before. Polar air sent Alex and he found a couple issues that didn’t seem like a big deal but at the end of the day my freezer‘s working and before it wasn’t. Super great value for the money and they really care about their customers
