I needed after hours repair for my home AC, they answered quickly and dispatched their on call tech promptly. He resolved the issue and had it cooling my home within an hour. I will definitely use their services again.

Matthew Garcia, came out to our home to evaluate the problem was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Matthew was always available to answer our questions and called on the day of installation of our new system to ensure that installation was going smoothly. He is awesome! Highly recommend!

Polar Air replaced my 4 ton AC. The installers were prompt and very efficient. They removed our old unit and replaced it with a new Carrier. Great job and explanation of what was being done. So grateful and thankful for Polar Air. I was having issues with my central air and had already had 2 different companies come out to try and fix it. Not only could they not find the issue but they seemed to be in a rush. Came across Polar Air and contacted them and oh how I wish I would of found them sooner. The young gentleman by the name of Cosme was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem and he had my ac up and running within minutes. Great customer service from this young man and I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

From the scheduling a “PM” service call to completing the transaction, everything went as smooth as melted butter on a warm biscuit. Art explained everything that he was checking and showed me, on my unit, where the proper measurements could be verified. I felt very confident in his abilities and knowledge/expertise. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions on things I can do in-between the 2 yearly visits. Polar Air for the win!!

Our AC unit stopped working late Saturday night on one of the hottest days in South Texas. To top things off we have 3 children and a bulldog who were really hot! We called Polar Air and Alejandra was so understanding of the urgency to repair the unit ASAP. She sent me a tech that same day. We had used a different company for repair a few years back which had left us very skeptical of AC repair companies. But those doubts were quickly changed when Arturo arrived to our house. He introduced himself. Checked our inside and outside unit and was able to diagnose the issue in less than 15 minutes!! Before he left our house was already steadily cooling down!! He explained as he went, checked our pressures, checked our coils, filter, and blower. Arturo made my husband and I feel at ease. He even showed us the issue so we could see what caused the problem and informed us of their maintenance package!! Arturo was AMAZING!!! A+++ customer service skills!! Experienced technician!! Polite/Respectful!! Never using another company but Polar Air from now on!! Thank you Arturo from the Zaragoza Family!!

I can not say enough good things about this company and their people. After my ac went out at 6pm and I tried all the things I could myself to fix it. When I couldn't I called the phone line at 5am expecting to just leave a voice mail but they answered and got me booked for first thing in the morning. Alex showed up at my door and he took such good care of us. He explained what was going on, gave me some options and then handled it every step of the way. I have 2 babies and he got me set up with a new system that same day. On top of all of this they support military families. Alex and his team were a blessing and so is this company. Ill never use anyone else.
