Excellent service! Got a new outside unit installed today, they were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Took before, during and after photos of their work so we could see the changes and progress they made. These guys are the best, I will not go with anyone else when it comes to AC repair and service!

Our A/C went out and they came at 9 to check it out. He checked my warranty, ordered the part, and within the next day he fixed it! Everything was smooth. I really recommend them. Very honest folks too!

Called Victor about 8:30 on a Wednesday morning 8/22/18 and had a new system in place by 7 o’clock that evening. Victor and his crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. Price was reasonable also.

Unfortunately my AC unit broke down during this summer heat. I called 1st Express because of the reviews & it was a great experience & super affordable price. Now my AC unit works better than before, I used to set it at 73° to stay cool before, now I barely set it at 76° & I already need a blanket cuz it blows nice & cold. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need your AC fixed.

I had to privilege of having victor come out and fix my Ac unit. He was very detailed on his work and most of all he understood my budget. While other companies tried to get me to pay a high service fee plus repairs, victor gave me an over all great service experience and great price. He is the man to go to, you will be getting scammed if you go somewhere else.

Hate leaving reviews but I just had to jump on here and give them their well deserved props! Not only did they explain everything they were doing to my non-household family member who was at my home for me while I was at work, I also got a courtesy call afterwards and had it all explained to me as well. On top of that, y’all it was raining this day!! and they had to work on my AC unit outside and did it in the rain either way so they wouldn’t leave me without cool air! Nothing greater than hiring people who noticeable love what they do. May God bless them tendfold!

We called Victor aka ICE CUBE Heating &Cooling on Monday, he came to our place a little after noon and by Tuesday our new unit was installed and the clean up was done within hours.
