Very fast response and they worked around my schedule to help me out. Not anyone will be at your house at 9pm on a wednesday and they did. So happy I called them for my AC problem, never again will i use anyone else. They get an A+ for me and I was very satisfied with there service.

Victor went beyond our expectations. We found out that our ac went out, but since it was an old unit it made more sense to upgrade it with a new one rather than repairing the old unit. He was honest and upfront about everything and did everything he could to save us both time and money. I got home to a frozen A/C unit, a friend recommended them to me and I'm glad I listened. They came in even if it was late, they were fast and efficient. Overall great work and very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest! These guys know their stuff and they don’t leave until you understand what they fixed. We have a baby in the house and the South Texas heat is unforgiving! The ac unit wasn’t working and we tried all the YouTube fixes. 1st Express has the most reviews for a reason, they are excellent! Victor came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He had the parts on hand and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. He even showed me about some new technology available for keeping the rooms at the same temperature. He also showed me our hot spots with his thermo scanner. Even though I clearly know very little about heating and cooling, he did not speak down to me or make me feel like he was annoyed to explain everything. It is apparent that Victor loves what he does and we will be calling him anytime we need help with our ac!

Victor at first express and Juan are such honest guys. It’s so refreshing to experience honest contractors. Very professional and high integrity individuals.
