Great service, victor was a professional honest man. He made my ac work instantly and also helped tune the thermostat, great work victor and thank you and ice cube heating and cooling for the help!

Had water leaking from my AC and did a local search. Called the number and Victor answered. Within the hour Victor and his assistant were at my doorstep. Very professional and thorough with what he was doing. Affordable and informative. Recommend their services to all.

My previous technician or company came a few times to fix the same problem and came out with excuses. I called Vicente and/or Victor to fix the issue, Bam... done... no more problems. I had an issue with my a/c since Saturday, I started to call companies and they told didn’t have available tech until Monday, when I called 1st express HVAC at that instant they told me they were available to go and check if there was someone over 18 years old at home but since I was at work, I asked them to schedule me on Monday morning, their honesty and reliability speak for themselves, I highly recommend this company, they got the job done in 20 minutes since they ring the doorbell until they left. They analyzed the issue by what I told them plus their own inspection. Victor gave me oversight of the problem and if anything to don’t hesitate to call them back they could do the job even if they don’t have access to inside the house. Friday night at 7 pm our home AC went out! Not only did the owner come immediately, but he stayed until he figured out and fixed our problem! Very fair price, very professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!
