Service was within one hour of calling them, and the technician was knowledgeable and worked efficiently, and was patient with explaining the situation to me using videos he had taken of the plumbing line features.

Colair service tech Randy D. Was on time,very proffesional,answered all my questions, diagnosed and found the problem very quick. (Freon Leak) Up for a repair early next week.

For those of you complaining about their prices, I’ve had at least 6 companies service my units and none of them compare to the quality of services offered by Col-air. Most recently, one of them failed to find a critical failure in the system. I’d rather pay Col-Air once to do the job right instead of paying someone 3 times to get it right. Thank you for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the service I got. The Colair tech Lalo arrived at a very decent time. He was very friendly and promptly assessed the issue with my a/c unit. He went over several options with me which helped me decide on what would be best suited for me and my house. He was very honest and direct. Lalo had a great attitude and was very helpful.

The lady answering phone was very helpful, offered a much suited time schedule, our Technician Angel was very helpful and explained what was wrong with unit, and gave a solution immediately. Regardless of drizzle they completed the repair right away.
