We had our HVAC system die late on Friday night and Colair was one of the few AC companies that would come out on Saturday to check it out. The put a band aid on to get me through the weekend, and explained my options. I decided to replace my 17 y/o system with a new one. They gave me some very competitive quotes and a nice military discount. I decided to go with them after doing some price checking and system comparison online. They came out at 9am on Monday morning and spent most of the day getting my new system installed. Great price, great service and I'm hoping for great follow-up care.

As a result of his experience, and product knowledge, Tyson Zufelt, was able to find the root cause/blockage that caused the system shut down on our new Lennox system. Thanks, Reubens for getting him here so quickly, and minimizing our downtime. You have a strong tech there.

Mr Angel Castro, Repair Tech was very knowledgeable about our Hvac sys. He explained everything he was checking and doing. He answer all my questions and was very friendly. Best of all he didn't try to sell me equipment I didn't need!

David was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained to me the day before what the problem was and and ordered the part for the motor right then and there. He told me that I would get a call in the morning to let me know what time and who the technician would be coming to take care of the repair. David took to the job immediately when he arrived. Once the part was replace he checked the unit in the attic just to make sure it was working properly. Once he was done I signed the tablet and he explained to me about 2 other products the company has for cleaner air, placed in the air ducts. He told me if I was interested not to hesitate in notifying the company and they’d come place them in the system. He is a good person with a great personality. He excused himself and was on his way. He knows his job. 5⭐️’s for him. Thanks Colair you all are the Best!

Saúl G. And his co-tech arrived on time and performed maintenance and preventive maintenance on my two air/heat units. The work was done on a timely, professional manner, and care was taken not to bring debris from the recent rains into the home. Grade A company is highly recommended!

I understand my unit needs replaced. what is irritating? you get a quote from them. and you get a quote from another guy, and he is three thousand dollars cheaper and will be doing the same work and a better unit.

We are very happy with the service we got. Our A/C was not cooling and our technician Domingo worked on it and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with him. Thank you so much Domingo and Colair 🙂

I called to see if I could get a quote for an hvac system this is one of the most expensive companies out there. The sales guy was pushy they did attempt to help me as they saw me fixing my door while they were inspecting the hvac unit. I may be one of the few who has had a bad experience with them. The sales guy made me run my credit more then once to put in a rheem ac at 7900. I will not go here ever again I actually found a cheaper and better service else where.
