Going on a week without A/C & calling 3 different A/C companies and all of them no shows….Artic One showed up the same day I called! Fast response! They had our A/C working again. Very professional and satisfied with their work. They will be my go to A/C company. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful group of guys. Very courteous and professional. Constantly kept me informed of what was going on with my AC and they were so patient answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to any family or friend!

Edit to my newest experiences:
I've had several follow-ups done. However, it has become a trend that I have to call to set one up (when I was told i would get called). The day of the appointment comes, and the team is always late, and I have to call to find out what the delay is about. I understand things happen, but these are several occurences in a row. The people are kind, but the communication and punctuality need work.

Gentleman was very nice and thouroughly explained what he did with photos. I've been looking into replacing my system, and he was kind enough to provide me with quotes and the payment process.

The service we received was top flight. Everything was explained down to a T and was understandable. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and courteous, aside from demonstrating the utmost professionalism. Will definitely recommend!

Was recommended this company by a neighbor, due to my AC giving out overnight. Within an hour of calling them they had repaired my system, the technician was very knowledgeable and conscious of trying to keep my costs down.
