Let me start by saying, I don’t usually write reviews, never really, but the service myself and my family received from Millennium A/C LLC was OUTSTANDING!!!! From the initial phone call to Jordan and him taking his time to speak with me and actually cared about what was going on with my ac, then having a tech come out after hours, was awesome! The pricing was more than fair and the technician that came out, Mr. Javier was very professional and caring. He picked up on the fact that I was whispering because my son was trying to fall asleep in the next room, that he himself started whispering back to me. I was blown away by this! Mr Javier, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and caring about my situation and my home and explaining everything and answering all of my questions. And all of this was done after hours. It’s very hard to find a company that cares about you and wants to earn your business through honesty and caring. You guys have our business for as long as we are in the valley. Don’t ever change your business model. It’s one of a kind this day and age! It was a wonderful experience. We got sent Rick and he helped us figure out the issue with no cold air coming out of my Mimi split and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He did wonderful very happy with this company
