I am from Chicago so this review is not to be taken lightly. I am accustomed to a certain level of professionalism that I don't see often here in the RGV. Many times I've had bad experiences with companies promising to come fix and issue and never showing up or showing up hours or days later. However, I called millennium A/C LLC since Google stated they take service calls 24/7. Jordan answer my call at 8pm on Saturday night and came out to check my AC unit. He arrived within 30 minutes, on time, and was extremely professional and kind. He explained the problem, but was very sympathetic that he couldn't fix the problem that night due to not having the fan motor and would need to get it from the store the next morning. I have my 67 year old mother living with me who has several health issues, and my very furry 100 pound Akita dog, and both my mom and my dog cannot handle extreme warm temperatures. He understood the urgency of having our AC unit fixed as soon as possible. Jordan assured us he would get the part Sunday morning and arrive to replace it at 10am. On Sunday he did just that and came out with his tech Javier who happens to be his dad ready to fix the issue.
They replaced our Fan motor and capacitor and we had AC flowing in the house! Unfortunately, a couple hours later our AC unit overheated and then shut off. It continued not functioning. We gave Jordan a call letting him know what was happening. Within 20 minutes came out to assess the problem. He was able to figure out what caused it to over heat and that the brand new capacitor that was put in was defective. He replaced the defective part with another new one and the unit stated working properly again. Javier then waited a good 20 minutes after to ensure the unit would continue to work properly before leaving. The defective part was no fault in their own and I do not blame them for the inconvenience it had caused since there is no way to tell if it was defective until it ran long enough to overheat the unit. I will always recommend this company to anyone who is looking for HVAC services because of my experience with them and how Jordan and his dad handled the situation in a timely manner. Especially, given it was a weekend and on top of it Mother's Day weekend. 10/10 I recommend Millennium A/C LLC as a business and service provider!
