Marcos Gonzalez displayed excellent customer service in this visit to rectify issues I had with my installation of my new unit purchased through the company. He collected my information and concerns in a professional manner and had a resolution in place and confirmed with follow up email to further indicate the desire to resolve my issues.

Would definetly use this company again and highly recommend. Sabrina got on finding me the help I needed right away and was super nice and caring. Literally an hour n half after I called, Noah was at my house and answered all my questions and concerns ,super knowledgeable and professional. The next morning my new A/C installers were at my house and did a great job , thank u Marcelo and the other tech that came with you. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Techs were knowledgeable in their service. Service took a bit longer than expected but they were able to narrow down the issue to the fan ( defective out of the box). Great job guys!

Great experience with the people at Colair - everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and thorough. They did some work at my mom's house, and didn't leave until the job was done. Even after they found out that it was a bigger job than initially thought, they did the extra work and still honored the price we had agreed on the day before. Would definitely recommend you give them a call!

Noah in sales was great. He was patient and took his time explaining what was necessary and best for our home. Helped us with which financing best suited to our needs. Techs/Marcos, were prompt, courteous, professional and walked us through the project. They were done in appx. 3 1/2 hours, so I had the time to finish errands. Overall a great experience with Colair-highly recommend!

ALERT🚨🚨:
Don’t call Colair, they only care about the money.

When I needed to get my AC fixed I called Colair because I heard their commercials on tv/radio. I thought they might be good. Their initial visit was all right. $99 trip/diagnostic fee was steep but I was willing to pay when the heat was unbearable. The technician up-sold me a UV light saying that it would help kill germs and he also got me with their “gold” membership plan with promises of saving tons of money.
Months later when the cold weather hits, my heater stopped working so I call them up and their technician shows up within a hour. Says, “He could have gone to lunch but he came over because he cares the customers.” He checks out my unit and recommends replacing the heat kit, which would cost me $775 or replacing my whole unit, quoted $10k. The new unit would last me 10 years. He said that if I were his brother he would recommend replacing the whole unit. I told him let me think about it. I called another AC repairman and when he came over he said that my unit is still under warranty. I had replaced it in 2020, information was right on the sticker, I was unaware that the warranty would cover it. The Colair technician was trying to take advantage of me. The other AC repairman did the work and it cost me $175. I called Colair to cancel my gold membership and refund me the remaining months I had prepaid. They said it would take 3-5 days. When I checked it was only $100 that they refunded. I only had their membership for 3 months and I paid them $200 for the full year.

GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

When looking for a new unit they provided the best price and great personal and professional service. I would highly recommend their preventive maintenance plan as well. Technicians are always courteous and explain work performed.

Robert Duran did a fantastic job and explained everything to me in detail. He showed me what was wrong what could go wrong and the best fix. I strongly recommend Colair to everyone out there. The office staff were prompt and courteous and their tracking capability makes it nice for an impatient man like me. He was very efficient and cleaned up after he was done.
