After going through another AC company with no solutions to my AC problems, what a breath of fresh air. From the initial contact Saul and Eliseo were courteous and fully knowledgeable about their trade and offered me explanations, solutions and options. We spoke to Noah, the sales representative, on Tuesday 4/25/23 @ 8:30 p.m.. We appreciated that he was able to accommodate our late work schedule. He was able set up the very much needed AC, HVAC duct and vent installation for early Wednesday (4/26/23) morning. The team arrived on time and ready to get our new a/c system set-up. Juan, Jose, Francisco, Francisco Jr., Eli C. and J.C. were hard working, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked great as a team. We were impressed how fast they were able to get it done. These men were very hard working and would gladly recommend Colair, Inc. Excellent service from start to finish.

Raul and Adrian came to service our AC today and provided us with excellent customer service. They explained the issues with our AC and how they would repair it. Raul and Adrian took their time and made sure our questions were answered. They even told us about the benefits of the maintenance program and sold us on it. Called another AC Service Co. , but they kept me waiting for over 6 hours. So I called Colair and asked them to come over as soon as they could. They gave me a 2 hour slot and I accepted it. They were right on time. I explained my problem and the crew got right down to work. Randy explained what he had discovered and replaced the needed parts . Since Randy and his crew were on site, I suggested that they check both my outside and inside units and perform preventative maintenance on both units. Randy suggested that I may want sign up for Colair's yearly maintenance program and I took advantage by joining. Randy showed me how certain parts of the AC were currently doing or if they needed to be replaced. Anyway....I was very satisfied for the work completed by Colair AC and happy to have joined their preventative program.

I called the guys at Colair and was very pleased with how fast I was up and running with a new A/C unit in less than 24hrs. With plenty of options for financing it was super easy to get the price I wanted to fit my budget. The sales rep Angel was definitely a god send as he knew the business like the back of his hand and his technicians were super fast to remove and install my new upgraded unit inside and out of the house. All in all great experience and glad I went with the best in the business so thank you Colair for everything.

Very courteous and friendly workers. Very professional they are top notch they took the time to explain everything that was getting done to our A/C. Very professional company. My technician Saul Gonzalez and his partner made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Saul walked me through the finance process and made it easy for me. Technician Juan Carlos showed up the next day for installation and was also very professional. Juan and his team of installers took one day to finish the work. High quality work from the attic unit to the outdoor unit. Highly recommend.
