I’ve used One Way before and was happy with their service however, I called them for a leaking A/C that was ruining our ceiling. I explained the entire situation to the dispatcher who took notes on the needed repair. When the technician came he accessed the situation and declined to fix the problem because he said he was unprepared to do that kind of repair. He rescheduled for the following week and charged us a service fee. I could not allow the ceiling to continue to leak so I fixed the problem myself by purchasing simple available materials. I called One Way back to cancel the appointment and explain the situation. I asked if they thought it was fair to charge me to do nothing and leave the leaking A/C for an extended period of time. They declined to refund the charges and said they do not typically supply their trucks with materials to fix problems like mine. It was a disappointing experience to be scalped by a service fee without any effort for repair. Will not be using One Way again.
Tyrone was amazing ! He came out and found the true cause of our problems that we have been having with our mini splits . He took the time to talk with our maintenance guy and suggested products to use that will improve the look , feel , and lifetime of our systems ! Thank you so much !

The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial phone call all the way through the arrival of the technician and subsequent repair. Their technician was very polite, professional, neat, courteous, and appeared to be highly skilled. I feel like he had my best interest in mind. They were quick to arrive, and a slew of spare parts available on the service truck. That reduced the likelihood of having to come back. I would 10/10 recommend them, and would use them again without thinking twice! The technicians name was Erazmo, and I would gladly welcome him back any time. Genuine, prompt, and Christ-like servitude. Again, you can’t go wrong with One-Way Heating and Air.
Sal came out within 24 hours of our call, and was so helpful! He was very patient with my limited knowledge of the new property, and then he found the problem quickly, repaired it and explained everything to me very well. No high pressure, gave me options, and super kind! We will always call OneWay for our HVAC needs!
Blower motor went out, noticed burnt smell and called ONE WAY, they said a tech would be out at 8:30am next day, Tyrone was right on time. Confirmed it was the motor, had one on his truck. He completed task in a hours time, very pleased, Will use them again in the future. THANKS again Tyrone!
