ONEWAY Heating & Air Conditioning

Our central stopped working. We had Oneway come by. First time customer here and we had Tyrone figure out the problem and had the central running back in no time.

These guys are awesome they do great work and explain everything to help you understand what they're doing. They really go out of their way to make sure your HVAC system is a 100%

One Way is now our GO TO for our Heating/AC needs. They drove to Big Spring and repaired our ac the SAME DAY! Stephanie answered my call quickly and was incredibly helpful and kind. Josh arrived to repair our unit. He was thorough, honest and very knowledgeable about his trade. He explained the problem and had the unit fixed quickly. It was so nice to have a Christian company help us. It was apparent through the whole process.
We will not waste time calling other companies in the future. One Way is the ONE and only WAY for our family to go for our AC needs!

Joel came out today checked everything out and it looked good may need a mini split for the add on highly recommend..

I called at 7:00 AM and Josh was already there at 8:30 AM. Our house was 85 degrees when he arrived, even getting up to 90 degrees last night. He diagnosed the issue promptly within the circuit board, which was preventing our outside unit from turning on. He was able to get the house cooling down rather quickly. He had so much knowledge about his field of work. He answered all questions that I had. This company was not only fast, but delivered a great value and a more than fair price. They also sent out an awesome technician who is probably underpaid regardless of his current compensation. We will only use this company moving forward and are very grateful for the great service. Thank you! Give Josh a raise. Inflation is crazy.

Josh was quick and patient with me and all my little guys. He made sure to tell us what was needing to be done and explained how everything was working after he was done. Very kind and professional. I will definitely be choosing to have them come out if we need any work or maintenance done.
