ONEWAY Heating & Air Conditioning

Well, I HAD some issues w my AC in my new apartment, the last tenant was a HEAVY Smoker and oh my GOODNESS… I tried EVERYTHING! Once Mr. Alonzo and his hardworking son, Israel came in… my problems have been resolved and I will continue to use these guys! They make me feel comfortable leaving my AC and Heating issues in their hands! Accurate, Quick and Efficient is a Great Discription of the Services offered!! Big THANK YOU!

Great company! We’ve used them multiple times over the years. Our AC went out on a hot holiday weekend and they were here within a couple of hours! Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Communication was a breeze via text, keeping me up to date with an arrival time. They are up front with pricing. Our tech was very knowledgeable, explained the problem and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them :)

I messaged them at 730 in the morning and they responded by 8 to let me know I was on their schedule for tomorrow. With this heat, I was grateful. Then they called around noon to let me know that they could send a tech within the hour. Joel arrived was friendly and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. Joel explained the issue and was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. He told me to let them know if I had any further issues. I will definitely give them a call if I have any heating or a/c issues in the future. Thank you!

One Way Heating and A/C did an amazing job. Everyone involved in the process from beginning to end were very professional, courteous and most of all sympathetic to the urgency of not having a functional A/C in West Texas. Our technician Josh explained everything very well and was very detail oriented with the installation process. And Stephanie was awesome as well. She communicated every step of the process and made everything very understandable. Ive lived in Midland the majority of my life and have missed this type of customer service we received from One Way. Thank you all so much! One way was able to get us in next day from calling. Very rare for any company to do next day. But this is not a guarantee that this will happen on every occasion. 😉

Alonzo is always timely and helpful. After looking at our a/c issues he determined it had to be a main power issue. Sure enough our electrical provider confirmed there was an issue they were working on. Always professional, always timely, and great service.

OneWay are amazing to work with. My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to call, and get on the board for service the next morning. Unfortunately, my issues were pretty great. But Tyrone and Josh worked tirelessly to get us up and cooling throughout the week. Everyone from the office to the field have an amazing sense of urgency. Customer service is definitely a top priority!! It shows and is greatly appreciated! Y'all made a terrible situation much more bearable. Thank you so much for your hard work. I highly recommend!

This was the first time ONEWAY came and work on my AC, and I was very pleased with them. I had to wait awhile, but they made sure to keep me updated on the ETA which was a plus. Most companies don't do this. Edgar was very professional, helpful and friendly. I have lived in Odessa for 9 years and this has been one of the best experiences. I highly recommend them because of the great customer service.

Technician knew immediately what the problem was and had my unit working in no time. He went out of his way to make sure my vents were open for proper air flow, which one of them I hadn't had air flow at all! Very polite and my dog loved him so it was easier on all of us!

Ummm, all I can say is impressive! Tyrone did awesome! Came within 30 minutes and fixed my ac and did a HONEST job. The last company lied to us gave us a 2500 estimate(which I can't afford)had one way come and paid 360!!! One way all day!! Honest, fast and reliable! Thank u Tyrone!
