Tyrone is amazing; every time we have any issues here our property he is the one we call and ask for him by name. Not only is he very knowledgeable about his job, but he gets it done, and done the right way the very first time. He shows up with a smile and ready to fix any issue we may have.

I was shopping for estimates after another company stated it was best that my system be replaced.
Alonzo stopped by to give me an estimate for a new unit. He went above and beyond! Not just giving me an estimate, but also sharing his knowledge of other options that can be tried before replacing the unit. His excellent customer service, honesty, integrity, and knowledge really impressed me. Even if I do not end up replacing my unit, OneWay has gained a customer for my future hvac needs.

Alonzo and his trainee went above and beyond to correct the problem I had. Not only did they fix my AC they gave me a lil bit of schooling on the issues that arose. They saved me a ton of money others would've took and just brought a light to my day.
There isn't too many good people left in the world today,but this crew absolutely proved that feeling wrong. I will continue to use this company just simply because they are what the word professional means.

Came home to my AC out and an almost 80 degree house. Oneway was booked for the night and offered to schedule me for the next afternoon. Less than 10 minutes after that call, they called back and let me know they had a cancellation and they could have someone at my house in 30 minutes. Tyrone arrived and was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the house cooling in no time. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone with AC needs.

Israel and Alonzo showed up on time for a routine maintenance/check. They assessed inside and outside units and explained to me and showed the pieces that needed to be replaced on the exterior unit and the diagnostics that showed why. Both were very polite and professional.
