Awesome service call today by Alonzo Talamentes and his coworker! We had an air-handler motor burn out today and they showed up within 1-hour of our call and had the system up and running again lickety- split!! THANK YOU ALONZO for outstanding FIVE-STAR Service at a great price!

I called One Way Heating and AC to come and service my AC unit. Josh showed up early and was friendly and professional. He fixed my AC issue fast and even recommended some services to extend the life of my unit. I will definitely use One Way again if I have any issues going forward.

Erazmo and his son went out of their way to make sure that our AC unit was back online during a remarkable summer heat wave. Our situation ended up being a simple fix, afterwards Erazmo took the time to check a number of other parameters to ensure the rest of the system was functioning properly. Called them at 7am today - they were at my house before 8am, diagnosed my issue (faulty compressor), replaced it, inspected the rest of the system, tested it and had cold air on before 9am. Amazing response at a time of year when AC is desperately needed around here. Thanks!

I called after 7:00 p.m. to get on the waitlist for tomorrow or as soon as possible and they were on-site an hour later.
Let me remind you that we didn't have A/C and it was triple digits (112* or hotter outside).
