AAA Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Jason, the owner is not only great at what he does but he is also very helpful. I have used him in two different houses over a 12+ year period of time. He is always there in a timely manner and has very reasonable prices! My daughter's unit is giving her problems but is covered under a homeowners warranty... we've waited three days to get someone out. I called Jason and he took 10 minutes out of his family vacation time (knowing he was getting nothing out of the deal) to help me understand the issue and gladly answered all my questions. That is the kind of service I appreciate!! Thank you Jason & AAA Air!!

AAA service repair was exactly what we needed on a Sunday morning. Kent provided great service and was very friendly. He went above and beyond got our AC running properly! Would not hesitate on using AAA ever for my HVAC needs.

The owner Jason came out to look at my disabled mother's AC unit. My 89 year-old grandmother lives with her, but it is just the two of them. He checked the attic heating/cooling unit and said there were no problems. When he checked the unit outside he said it was low on Freon possibly from a leak. They charged $350 to put in four pounds of it (which I thought was quite high, but whatever, I wasn't there). Jason told my mother to call him if the problem persisted. This was a Friday.
On Saturday night my mother called to tell him that it was cooling much better still, and that things were well so far. She let him know she'd call him if they needed him.

On Monday morning a crew showed up at my mother's house, surprising her and my elderly grandmother. They had a new AC unit they were going to install. The main office called the house, and when my grandmother was confused she handed the phone off to my mother. Whoever was on the other end of the line was VERY rude to my mother, telling her that she was costing Jason money by not putting in the new unit. They had never told them to bring one though! My mother was told that AAA Heating & AC would no longer be doing business with her.

A week later they had someone out from a different company because the AC was having problems cooling again. This technician said that there was nothing wrong with the outdoor unit, no leak even. He said that the attic unit's coils had frozen. He turned on the heat, thawed them and cleaned them, and left without charging after he heard my mother's story of this company. The AC has worked wonderfully since then.

So, thank you, AAA Heating & AC; especially you Jason. It is wonderful to know that you will not only try to rip off a disabled woman and her elderly mother, but then berate them for not following through with it.

It looks like most the reviews on here are fake, too. Family and friends. Not surprising.

Amazing! Called 4 other contractor's/ companies before them and all were booked and couldn't come out today. They stated they would be here between 12-2 and they kept their word. A guy named Dean showed up, and he was just great! His personality was light hearted and Just chipper regardless of the fact that he was sweating outside. He pointed out the problem, fixed the motor and was in and out in like 15 minutes! I am so thankful to find someone to come out the same day, fix the problem and Just overall great customer experience!

AAA came out on a Saturday, with no "after hours" charge; They diagnosed the problem at a glance (only one of my AC units was dripping condensation), and filled up the freon. The bill was very reasonable, and I used a coupon from the newspaper to get an even better deal. The guy on the phone, and the guy that came out were both very helpful Thanks AAA!

Condenser fan goes out on July 4th, I assume it's a bad fan motor, nobody open so I wait until next day. Call these guys up, repairman shows up, calls after 10 minutes and says "It's an electrical problem, by the way, service fee please." I call an electrical guy, he shows up "Electricity is fine, it's obviously an AC problem, here's the number of a guy I know". So I call up electrical guy's AC repair acquaintance, he can make it next day. Guy shows up, fixes the fan motor in about the same amount of time as it took the first guy to give up, leaves to go to the next job without hassling for payment. I call him up, he was going to contact me after work hours as he did not know if I could accept calls at work.

Not sure about the other technicians employed here, but the dude who arrived at my place sucked. I don't have any prior experience repairing AC units, but I diagnosed the problem correctly by looking at the damn thing. This guy shows up, and scapegoats it to another line of work. Thanks AAA Heating & AC Repair, you folks do stellar work. Without you, I would never have found the reliable and helpful AC repairman who I will call instead of you guys from now on.

I purchased two full HVAC systems in June of 2019 with a cost of ~$20K. Efficient with install but follow up has been non-existent. Initial issue with one of the thermostats and a unit not cooling. First response I was told to check the "drain line". like I have any idea how to do that. Did come out and replace the faulty thermostat with a basic lower grade thermostat. I have since had two issues which have completely gone without response; error message and currently upstairs unit quit working. I have left messages, texts, opened work orders via the website and zero response. I assume they are out of business.

I would like to thank AAA Air Service for taking care of all my AC and Heating needs. They are always quick to respond and do a great job at a very fair price. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy company with solid service.

I called their line this morning after my AC went out last night. They got to my house sooner than I anticipated and Kent was very nice. He showed me the fuse that needed to be replaced and replaced it quickly with little expense. Bravo!
