Country Air

I called later on in the afternoon and within 30 minutes of taking my information on the after call hours a technician had called me. He was at my house within an hour and repaired my AC. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable! This kind of service is an absolute dream when your AC is not working! Thank you Country Air for being local and having this type of service!

Andres from Country Air was absolutely fantastic. He arrived the same day the motor shut down in our indoor AC unit and replaced the motor with an even better one than we had before. The technicians were very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair swiftly. Highly recommend.

Had to come back several times to fix a leak from the drain pan. Took a day off to wait for the technician and he never showed up. The leak went through the ceiling into the wall and could shock you through the drywall. They have not called or came back at all. Water spots on the drywall and no telling the damage behind it. Would never recommend County air to anybody. Thinking about taking legal action. Absolutely the worst way to treat any customer. Be forewarned for terrible customer service.
