Tech was very prompt on arrival, efficient in work performed. Tested system and cleaned up work area before leaving

The tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained everthing that needed to be done and why it needed to be done.

They were recommended to me by another AC company (current company no longer serviced my brand of units) and was told I’d be very pleased with them. They were correct! I called at early and was put on the schedule for the same day given the nature of the problem. Tech arrived and was very professional, explained everything well and addressed the issue quickly. We will definitely use them again!

The guy did a great job. Very informative to a layman like myself. gave me several options. I explained my finances and he did the job that I could afford. Very happy with this experience.

I call country air about my ac unit was freezing up they came out the same day work on my ac unit they found out why it was freezing up and solved the problem they say i needed a new defrost circuit board but they have to order the part but can bypass the circuit board too get ac unit working until the part come's in,The technician did get it working so the technician left.Later I notice it was blowing out hot air.l call back the next day and explain what it was doing,They came back out later that day Shannon the technician and his helper came out and explain to me what was going on with the A/C and really solve all my A /C problem the A/C working good,.Thanks COUNTRY AIR

I called at 3 in the afternoon and they came out in 30 min. They didn’t have the part but the technician hooked it up so me and my kids would have AC for the night until the part came in after going 4 days without AC. Very professional and efficient from the office to the technician. 10/10 recommended.
