The technicians that came out were polite, courteous, and professional! They explained everything to where we completely understood what was happening with our system. I love how the company let me know when they would arrive and who was coming! I would recommend Country Air a million times over again!! Thanks for making our first time painless!

Zac at Country Air was an awesome technician. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired on my a/c unit at every step. He was also upfront about the cost of repairs so I was not blindsided when he completed the job. I appreciated that he offered us a service plan and an assessment for a new a/c unit. Provided same day service which I did not have to beg for! We were very pleased with Morgan, and we learned that he has been with you for only a couple of weeks. Our service call this morning was his first solo service call for Country Air. We could tell Morgan is very knowledgeable. He also has excellent communication skills with the customer. He did find a couple of small issues which we agreed to have done but he did not push them on us. We would likely ask to have him again when service is needed.

Andres responded quickly to an after-hours call when I had a clogged pipe and water leaking thru the ceiling. What a fantastic experience under the circumstances. He was extremely polite, helpful and dedicated. He left no stone unturned - triple checking everything. I was so impressed with his professionalism. I hope the owner of the company reads this to understand how valuable that young man is. I've had bad experiences in the past with other technicians and this gentleman blew them all out of the water.
