Country Air

Vincent did a great job on our ductless system. He worked with me to figure out our best options, and got it up and going same day I called them out. He listened and had a great attitude. Country air receptionist was great, responsive and gave me plenty of heads up they were headed out (needed time to meet them). Very satisfied.

Will showed up right on time. He is a very knowledgeable Engineer who stepped me through the whole inspection process and provided excellent feedback. Although my system did not ultimately need replacing, Country Air will be the first and only company I call back once I do need to replace the A/C. Units.

I called on Thanksgiving morning because my upstairs wasn’t cooking and the outside Condenser fan wasn’t turning on. Gavin immediately called me, said it was no problem to come out today … he came out, figured out the issue, replaced the thermostat all before 1pm same day. Wow!!! Terrific service and had a smile on the whole time.

Great service and people! Our ac stopped producing cold air so I gave them a call on a Friday morning. But early afternoon it was running perfectly and I didn’t even need to leave work. Very impressed with their professionalism…definitely recommend!

We previously purchased a new unit from another AC company a couple of months ago. Wednesday it stopped blowing cold. After a couple of days we could not take the heat any longer. We tried to contact that company to service the unit and they never showed up or answered our calls anymore. Thank God for Country Air. They sent Shannon out within a few hours to check it out. Shannon was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of the issues. He explained to us in details what was wrong with the unit. He took his time and did not rush! I will continue to use Country Air!

Our A/C went out and I called the office. Shannon came out within a few hours on a Saturday to get my A/C working again. He was very professional. He knew exactly what to do. He got us up & running in no time. Highly recommend him & the company.

We called in the late afternoon, they arrived extremely quick diagnosed the problem and had us up and running ina matter of minutes!! This is a wonderful company and it’s employees are very experienced and they treat your home with respect. Not only did they install our unit, we use only them for all our maintenance work as well. Super great company.

This is my third experience with Country Air and Shannon; the Tech that was sent out. Each call has left me impressed with the service..
I work in the apartment industry with approximately 170 units to oversee. It's nice knowing Country Air has my back. If your a/c is acting up, I highly recommend giving them a call.
